Jacob is a 14-year-old who was born at 23 weeks and diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He has a VP shunt due to a brain bleed at birth and experiences random seizures. Jacob loves looking out his window and rocking on his front porch. His favorite toys are pop tubes but he also enjoys toys that light up and spin. He is a big fan of water play and bath time.
