SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from Welcome Home Angel, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Description

You will receive SMS messages related to scheduling, including appointment confirmations, visit reminders, and rescheduling notices. Messages will not include protected health information (PHI) or other clinical details.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled visits and may include multiple messages per week.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. Welcome Home Angel does not charge for this service.

4. Opt-In

You may opt in by providing your mobile number during intake, completing a consent form, or replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a Welcome Home Angel message.

5. Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To rejoin, text START.

6. Help

For assistance, text HELP or INFO, or contact us using the information below.

7. Supported Carriers

Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to This Program

Welcome Home Angel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.

SMS Privacy Policy

Welcome Home Angel respects your privacy. Your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages will only be used to send appointment and visit reminder communications related to your care services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of purpose.

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP.
