Daisy is a bright thirteen year old girl whose life changed in an instant, when she was hit by a car while riding bikes with her family. Welcome Home Angel was thrilled to renovate her new bedroom suite, with the help of some amazing volunteers from Live Oak Bank and nCino.

Daisy’s room, before…

Here are some before images of Daisy’s old bedroom. It was dark and cramped.  She had very little storage for her medical supplies, and more importantly…her beloved books. Her shared family bathroom wasn’t well suited to a teen who uses a wheelchair, either.

Daisy’s room, now!

The amazing design team listened to all of Daisy’s wishes, giving her a beautiful room, even giving her a new laptop for her new desk, and a HUGE bookshelf (with room to grow) for all of her books!

Nothing compares to Daisy’s reaction when she saw her room for the first time.

Our volunteer group also renovated Daisy’s siblings’ rooms – all three of them.
IN ONE DAY.

Here are a couple of pictures of their rooms before:

This makeover would not have been possible without the generous funding of the Eshelman Foundation. Thank you!

Thanks, Dream Team! ❤️
